Character:

1.The gum kneader is an ideal equipment, which design for mixing, kneading, crushing, dispersing mainly

 in very high viscosity plastic materials & viscous fluid.

2.The kneading mechanism is classified into three types:vacuum, pressure and normal atmosphere.

3.The heating/cooling system consists of jacket outer coil pipe.The heat transfer media can

 be chosen by thermal oil, steam or water.

4.The discharging mode are:hydraulic cylinder turning, bottom ball valve or screw extrusion.

5.There are variety of equipments can be installed for stroke control,safety control, measurement,

 temperature Pt-Rh sensor,etc.

6.In default the steel is SUS304+Q235.The motor capacity will be selected according to the viscosity 

of the material.

7.Other issues will be designed according to the best solution.
